Trying to talk to these people via email is about impossible. I live over 450 miles from DFW, but found a car I would've liked to purchase. They just keep telling me can't negotiate unless you come in. Kind of pointless to waste my time with these people.

I was helping my nephew find a car during a time of need..and was blessed with Auto express! We arrived about 15 mins before closing and was treated with great respect and concern for our situation and needs. Told Barron (the person who jumped at the chance to assist us) what little budget we had to work with and, with no pressure, he gave us a listing of what he had in stock at our price range. Didn't try to sell us more than we could afford and gave us his expert opinion on which one to go with only when asked!! Yes, we ended up with a high mileage SUV but took it to our mechanic of choice

TURN BACK! RUN AWAY! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I recently bought a car from this place. It's a absolute trash! I had to do a lot of changes to this car. I went to a car shop and I got a 2 paged paper of mechanical issues that the car has! WHERE ARE YOU GETTING YOUR CARS FROM?!!?? The mechanic told me the engine is not original it's been changed from the junkyard. So it could have less or more miles. The transmission has a leak and the engine has a leak too. Auto express never told me if the car was rebuilt, salvaged or anything. They claimed that the car has a clean title and that this
