
Kinetic Kickboxing is Pasadena's premiere kickboxing class. We are a community of passionate fitness enthusiasts that enjoys the rigors of kickboxing and having fun with fitness! We strive to provide a nurturing environment that empowers our students to cultivate their inner martial artist and achieve body composition and fitness goals.
Distinct from conventional kickboxing classes, Kinetic Kickboxing is a technique-focused kickboxing/martial arts school. The Innovator and Master Instructor of Kinetic Kickboxing - Michael Mills - has over 17 years experience in personal training and martial arts instruction, and a BS in Kinesiology from USC (Fight on!).

Group Personal Training is similar to 1-on-1 Personal Training, except with a couple perks: you get to indulge in the experience with friends and family, and, it's a bit more affordable due to shared cost. Our expert Personal Trainers can modify exercises to accommodate the needs of each individual; making it possible for novice clients to train along side advanced clients.
Compound Performance Training

Compound Performance Training is a high intensity circuit training class that is designed to burn fat, improve muscle tone, develop functional strength and flexibility. We use a mixed-modality approach - combining dynamic resistance training exercises with plyometric drills to induce peak metabolic stress requisite for growth and progress.
Full Body Spin
Report
Essentially, this spin class creates a full body training effect - and with it - full body lactic acid surges that will leave your body fat defenseless. This dynamic not only adds more variety and fun, but also burns significantly more calories and tones more muscle vs. traditional spin classes. Push your body to the limit through a grueling array of speed, power, and hill sprints.
