Academy is a martial arts school located in the heart of downtown Downey, in beautiful southern California. Academy offers classes for both children and adults; whether they are just starting their journey in martial arts, or are seasoned competitors looking to perfect their craft. With a combined experience of over 20 years in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our curriculum is led by world-class black belt instructors Hector Beltran and Mateo Tenzera.

Coach Euler joins us from Curitiba, Brazil and is a Muay Thai black belt from the famous Chute Boxe Academy in Brazil where great fighters like Anderson Silva, Wanderlei Silva, and Mauricio Shogun Rua received their martial arts training. He has coached many MMA and kickboxing fighters including former Glory light heavyweight champion Saulo Cavalari.
Tristin Jobe

Coach Tristin leads the 5-7 year old beginner's class with fun techniques, enthusiasm and discipline. He also assists in all the advanced kids classes and is a technical opponent in our adult program. He has vast experience in wrestling and MMA and is currently training Muay Thai to complete his MMA profile and one day fight professionally.
