Great place to drop in if you're going through town. Welcoming group and good rolls. The upper belts had impressive open guard retention which speaks highly of the coaching. Thanks for hosting!!!

I have been training here for a short time, but compared to other gyms and instructors I have trained under, 5th Element is for sure one of the best. Everything from the quality of equipment to the personalities of the instructors is absolutely fantastic.

This is a great gym to workout at, i would highly recommend it to anyone. They definitely work you to the bone here, its really helped me stay nice and tired throughout the week to stay calm, keeping a mental health issue in check and that much healthier. I just renewed my membership after the 1st two week trial. Great stuff, if you're starting here DO NOT WORKOUT the same week as any of these sessions and wear all protective gear at all times
