We are not here to show off, all bodies can do yoga. We just have to show up. Believing that you are your best when feeling your best was what drove her passion for bodywork, and Nicole really loves the privilege and opportunity to help with that. Moving that focus into Yoga Asana Instruction is no different, and she hopes to continue building on and utilizing her massage knowledge to help you find your place of peace on the table or yoga mat.
Lymphatic Drainage
Report
Post surgical modality. Used after medical and cosmetic procedures to ensure a more efficient healing process. Light, feather touch massage to reduce swelling, intended to encourage natural drainage of the lymph carrying bacteria away from the injury site towards the nearest lymph node and out of the body to induce healing.
Craniosacral Therapy
Report
This modality is done clothed, on top of blankets and is a fantastic way to receive bodywork if past trauma has effected your experience with touch. Light, tough based energy focus on the cranium and spine working with the cerebrospinal fluid that flows through the brain and spinal cord, working with its rhythms to release past traumas to the body, emotional and physical.

So grateful for rest and recovery. I was able to take a short trail run this morning. I think of the days (last week) my body wouldn't do much without some pain, and give thanks. To be honest, I spend most of my time as a bodyworker educating clients on the abilities of the body as we physically evolve, and holding compassion for ourselves when we feel critical about not being able to do things we once have.

Nicole has the skills to get to the root of the tensions and stresses in the body, and delivers relief with technique and finesse not often found in other massage therapists. You know you're getting healing work, and at the same time deep release. I always leave her treatments feeling relaxed and more balanced.
