Our studio was founded in 2002 by the Stjerne Family. Since then we have been serving the Chula Vista Community. Our experienced instructors are committed to making everyone feel comfortable in every class. Whether you are a new student or a long time yoga practitioner, there are variations for everyone.
A student of yoga since 2001, Jano has lead classes, workshops, teacher trainings and retreats worldwide. Born and raised in San Diego, Jano is blessed to raise his two beautiful children there. Jano has studied yoga with many incredible teachers all who have made possible this path to share the gift of yoga with the world.
