I'm a yogi, mother grandmother and entrepreneur. It's my life's work to help you be as healthy as you can be because I believe being healthy is an important part of being happy. You're in the right place to begin, or continue your yoga journey and feel better than ever! I'm passionate about sharing my work in health and wellness through traditional hot yoga.

I am 71 years young and have remained disease free and young at heart, teaching yoga for 51 years with my family and fellow yogis and in my own studio for 27+ years. I believe yoga is for everybody, and through the art, science, and passion of healthful living you can remain youthful healthy and happy for your whole life.

Boulder Bikram Yoga is a family run yoga studio that has been in business for over 2 decades, started by a single mom and her 3 kids. Radha Garcia founded the Boulder Bikram Yoga studio with her daughter Nika in 1994. Working from the enclosed den of her home in North Boulder. She opened our current location in 1999 on New Year's Day!
