Amazing place to live. Wonderful management that take good care of the property and the residents. Would definitely stay if I were to stay in Madison. Definitely recommend it. They also provide free breakfast in the am

Friendly and helpful staff - from main office to building maintenance . Lovely breakfast available at clubhouse M-F
Excellent pool and hot tub - overall grounds are peaceful and private. I love it here!

I have been living at Yorktown Estates for three years and have had such a fantastic experience. The amenities are wonderful (including a fitness room, billiards room, pool, etc.), and did I mention they have a service that picks up and drops off your dry cleaning? Many residents also enjoy the free breakfast five days a week. The staff members are genial and helpful. Maintenance is always fast and attentive in handling any issues I have had in my apartment. The grounds are kept up so nicely. When it snows, I can expect someone to clear off paths pretty efficiently. Bus access is great, too. The

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews about Yorktown until I realized they are pretty much all more than 2 years old. In the past two years, Yorktown and Resident Services Inc have gone through management changes and really overhauled their staff.

I've lived here for three years now and I can't say I've had any issues. In fact, this is the only apartment complex I've lived in that I've really loved and where I've trusted the facilities and managers. We've lived at Yorktown for over a year and we can't imagine living anywhere else in Madison. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are comfortable and very well-maintained. Any maintenance requests have been solved within 24 hours and we've always felt safe and taken care of. The front office staff are friendly and welcoming -- they making living here even more fun -- not to mention the amenities included with rent: weekly breakfast, tanning bed, rec room, hot tub, salt water pool, in-unit laundry -- the list goes on!
