Lived at Lark for 3 years, would recommend to others! Management was always quick to respond and very helpful. Maintanence requests were followed up with urgency. Quality of the units are modern and clean. Lots of amenities, great location. Love it!

Horrible apartment, do not live here. Most staffs are rude. GM Stephanie never responds to emails. You often need several calls and emails to get anything done. The apartment was not cleaned nor in good condition when I moved in and they tried to charge me when I move out. Some of these reviews are probably fake and I shouldnt have trusted them when I sign. No, they most definitely did not try to fulfill our every need, they dont give a flying f of your need once you signed. Avoid this place at all costs, for the price you are better off choosing another apartment.

Horrible Apartment. Leasing office takes no responsibility for resident's issue. Had no issues with the previous management but the current management is not good. Sent emails, contacted the leasing office to resolve issues but received no response. Not a resident friendly apartment.

The staff member at the main office is rude (Dylan: unsure of name spelling). I was interested in looking at leasing options. This was a automatic turn off. Treat everyone like a potential customer, my presence appeared to be an annoyance. He was not helpful. Every bad experience adds up and by the reviews its evident that many have the same experience.

Please, please do not sign a lease here. I've never had so many issues with an apartment before. There is zero sound proofing, you can hear your neighbor cough through the wall. During weekends you'll be up until 4am when they finally turn off the speakers. Windows have no insulation so you can hear everything from the terraces, especially when you're on the 5th floor. I really don't understand how people have a good experience here, it's awful, some of these 5 star reviews have to be fake.
