Words cannot describe how my experience has been at The Canyons apartments. From the meeting the staff, the tour, the leasing process all the way down to the Maintance and grounds keeping. From the start when I met Brittany and staff in the office it was all smiles. But what captured me the most was the thoughtfulness of still going through a pandemic and making sure everyone safety was first thought. It didn’t stop the smiles behind the mask though. I have toured many apartments and that was always an afterthought for offices. The day i moved in was smooth sailing with all my paper work and

This is NOT a customer friendly environment. The management at this complex are completely incompetent, and have repeatedly misplaced documents, causing much wasted time and energy. We were warned against leasing here, and should have listened. This complex is very anti-tenant. They work hard to seek out any sort of “tenant violation”, including clocking the amount of time a guest visits, parking, pet size, trash pickup, etc.
Rather than working with their tenants to create and maintain a good relationship, the management have a negative attitude with no customer service skills.

One star is being generous… DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My boyfriend is about to break his lease here for multiple reasons, but the final straw was when they had my car towed in the middle of the night AFTER we had already registered it to be parked there. It cost $400 and a miserable drive to Euless to retrieve it. Don’t bother calling the front office because the women there will not help you with anything- and they were the ones who told us we were good to park there in the first place! There are zero signs designating where residential and visitor parking is- and the cherry on top is that the parking

My fiancé and I moved from up north to Texas a few years ago. Couldn’t see the place prior to moving here but the ladies in the office provided an EXCEPTIONAL experience! We were able to do a virtual tour along with Jordan going the extra mile by taking a personal tour with her camera and sending it to us!! Brittany was super sweet when it came to processing all of the paper work prior to us getting into town! Now that I am here, I tour other properties and STILL have yet to find a property near by with multiple gyms, a movie theatre, multiple pools, direct access to the Trails AND not to mention

The apartment itself: gorgeous. The amenities: fabulous. My neighbors: wonderful.
It took weeks for my application to process, the unit I rented said it was ready online when it wasn’t. I wasn’t allowed to look at it even after getting a lease to sign, luckily it was really nice because when I picked up keys they wouldn’t have put me anywhere else.
Adding a roommate was a nightmare. It took well over a month to even get their application processed (everything is done by hand and not through a system... it is still 1990 there.) Now it is time for renewal and they seem to think that occupants

I just toured the most gorgeous apartment at The Canyons. Sarah was so gracious and fun while on the tour. I appreciated her assistance in trying to help me find the perfect apartment.
I just want To add that I have had to make some changes during my application process and have called the office so many times I’m probably driving them crazy, but still everyone I have spoken to has been so sweet and accommodating I am just beyond grateful.

My husband, sister and I just got to Fort Worth from a long road trip and was looking forward to seeing these apartments. The photos look beautiful but we didn't even get a chance to get pass the front door bc it was locked. As I was about to call to inquire about making an appointment, one of the ladies just pointed to the door (There was a sign that said we couldn't go into the office unless we had an appointment) she wasn't doing any work but talking to the other lady instead. Poor customer service. Went to other apartments nearby and got great service.

I’ve lived here for 7 months and have had to call maintenance 8 times for plumbing issues. 4 for the kitchen plumbing and 3 for the toilet. Waste water would randomly come up through my sink and toilet from the apartments above me. The leasing office refuses to do anything besides sending the same unqualified maintenance crew to “patch” the issues. A licensed plumber told the maintenance crew that they would need to replace the main line for the plumbing and the office marked the maintenance request as “completed” without doing anything about the main line. The grounds and facilities here are great and mostly well maintained. If you have maintenance problems in your unit help is there quickly. Having direct access to the Trinity river is also a big plus if you like to go on walks, like running, or biking. Having Waterside across the river is very convenient if you want to grab a bite or some groceries. All the residents and staff here are also very friendly.
The garage apartments are very nice if you have an electric car. There is a 15 Amp breaker for the garage with two outlets.
