We have a very bad experience living
in this apartments. They gave us a room which was not ready for anyone to rent but they let us in anyway. We found so many problem which need to be fixed. We called and complained and it took them forever to come like they didn’t want to care. They have a very bad management. we found bugs everywhere. Everyday I got home from work, I have to check my pillows, blankets for bugs. And believe me, I always found something. Swimming poor’ water is greenish like nobody take care for weeks, windows found bugs, insects,dust and mud very disgusting. The carpet smells

Quite possibly the worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. I needed to terminate my lease early, so I sent a letter detailing the reason, when my move out date would be, and asked specifically what I needed to do. I asked what was needed from me in the body of the email as well. I received nothing in response. I followed up a week later and asked once again what was needed from me and once again attached the letter and received nothing in response. So, after a week of that, I decided to visit the office. I met with the assistant. I had sent the emails to her and another person in the office

I am so, so, so disappointed in this place. We had our apartment for a year here and over the one year, the management changed multiple times. As we moved out in May, the management changed yet again. When our washer and dryer were installed at the time of move in, it ripped up part of our vinyl flooring in the kitchen (from our understanding after talking to former neighbors, this happened to many people). Our puppy then chewed a bit of the floor up more. There was probably a square foot's worth of damage, and we were absolutely willing to pay for this damage. After all, our puppy made it worse

I didnt recognize the one of the office managers that handled my 2 concerns that I brought before her, but she ensured that they were addressed. The maintenance tech took that information and resolved the issue within an hour. I am waiting for the other request to be completed which hopefully will be soon. But so far so good. If anything thing changes, you'll definately hear it from me. Thanks for listening front office!!!

Applied to a unit that said “available now” and called to confirm it’s availability. Had to call 300 times just to get in contact with office staff, and was told I’d be given a video tour and it would be confirmed when I could move in later that week. Waited for days to hear back, kept calling with no answer, and finally left a voicemail asking for an update because my lease was ending soon and I needed confirmation considering I’d paid for the application, holding deposit, and was told it was available. Just like people, places can experience transformations. I know this sounds cheesy and something a marketing person would say but it’s true. This is the first place I toured and after just a few more inquiries, I knew Olympus would be my next home. You can read some pretty discouraging reviews on here but they are all apart of a previous life for the property.
