I bought a 2014 Ford Escape with around 70k miles in it. First three months the transmission broke they fixed it for free. 5 months in the car completely is shot. the oil and antifreeze were leaking and they said they dont even know where its coming from. I was driving down the highway with my 3 year old in the car when my car broke both times. the most shady, unreliable place to go to. The mechanic Angel laughs in your face when youre asking questions while obviously upset. Mario is no help at all, while being very dismissive and rude. Now its Christmas eve and I

I went to the one on Front st.and got a Ford focus the people were really nice. They gave me chance when nobody else would and I am very thankful for that. I haven't had any problems or issues with my car.

Jim at Auto Bank was amazing. He did everything he could to take my trade in, but there was a problem with the title. Went back with a cash down payment, was still able to get the car I wanted, and the paperwork was easy and took a reasonable amount of time. I am also very happy with the deal we got on our new car. It is a reasonable price for what it is, and the interest is lower than I've paid for bad credit auto loans in the past. The payments are reasonable, and they were willing to work with me even though I'm self employed.
