Dr. Flora is an amazing acupuncturist and healthcare provider! Dr. Flora has a lovely bedside manner, asks many questions to help diagnose and determine treatment and provides me with "homework" exercises to do at home in between treatments. And, she takes my insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Flora's acupuncture and healthcare services, and am so grateful to have found her!

Dr. Flora Luyando completed her Doctorates in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. Prior to that, Dr. Luyando attended Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York, where she received her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine and her Associate Degree in Massage Therapy.

For example when your body is stressed, it produces negative hormones, these negative hormones can cause mental fogginess and or irritability. Other stressors in your body can be diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure to even a simple cold.
