This was only my first time so I cannot say whether the treatment worked yet or I need more time. I was, however, disappointed that the person treating me didn't wear a mask or use gloves to place the needles given the pandemic.

I find the therapists very skilled & very professional. I am a firm believer in acupuncture & feel a whole lot better since I started with acupuncture remedies. Their space is inviting & comfortable. I highly recommend their care.

Iris the owner is absolutely lovely as well as every person I've met that works for her. They really take making you feel better seriously and do the work to understand what your ailments are before they begin treatment. I've been suffering from allergies for a year now and this is the first thing that I found that started to help me feel better. And not to mention one time I went in and Iris was there and I told her a horrible story about my dog biting me and she literally listened to me and held my hand. You can't find service like this in New York!

Im a flight attendant in town for a layover, my low back was hurting me greatly so I made an appointment at acupuncture remedies with Jessica. From the moment I walked in, Jessica made me feel at ease and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about her profession and answered all my questions and explained all that she was doing in great detail. After an hourlong appointment I left her office feeling so much better. I highly recommend her.
