Lived here for almost 4 years and my experience was great until I received a nonrenewal based upon my special needs children yet there are children and adults being loud every day all day. Also there are people that smoke weed all the time and yet the office staff doesn't seem to care about those things going on. Discrimination at it's finest. Don't live here especially on the top floor with special needs children cause a nonrenewal letter will be attached to your door as well.

I have been living here since April 3rd it is a really nice community I love my apartment wish I had better neighbors because they are to loud my babies cant sleep at night especially on the weekends and they think they are bullies but other then that park trail is wonderful Ms. Patty is doll I love her and her attitude she is straight forward and very honest and very sweet and if anything goes wrong with your apartment she makes sure it gets fixed as soon as possible great place I love it

I went in for application and the manager with the blonde haired refuse to give me application I ask her if I could have one maybe just be put on reserved but she told me again that she refused to give me one because she only except applications once apartments come available on craigslist and other sites they show their poor trail has plenty of apartments available not quite sure what it was about me that made her choose to refuse to give me an application but I have money in hand and all my documents
