The living experience was nice overall. I loved the atmosphere and the people were nice. My car was broken into once but luckily I didn’t have much in there. However, the office’s communication was below average in my opinion. Upon move out, they didn’t give me my full deposit because of damage and cleaning fees. I reported and documented the damages in the apartment when I moved in and they still charged me for it. The communication about this has been slow and I they still haven’t answered all of my questions about this per email. It’s like they only respond back to what they want.

I do not live here (yet), but, I have visited & toured SO many apartment complexes, and this was by far my favorite experience. Not only because the complex is beautiful, but because Michelle was AMAZING!! I arrived too late to get a physical tour, but she sat with me, gave me a virtual tour, and listed EVERY detail & EVERY piece of information that I’d need to know. Michelle was extremely nice & super helpful!! I can definitely see myself living here thanks to her!!

Century Autumn Wood is a great place to live! The staff members are exceptional & extremely helpful. The maintenance crew does a great job at keeping the complex in great shape & the new flowers around the pool area are beautiful. If you are looking for a great place to live, Century Autumn Wood is the place for you!

If you’re looking for a very nice apartment with great amenities and awesome management and staff look no further. Century Autumn Wood is a great value compared to other complexes in the Middle TN area. Office and maintenance staff work hard to satisfy all needs and requests in a timely manner. The complex grounds are also very nice and well-kept. I highly recommend Century Autumn Wood Apartments!

Just moved out of here and this will be an honest assessment.
Look, in terms of the living conditions they are great. The spaces are nice but that is the expectation of a complex that is so new it spent the better parts of 2017-2019 on Google Maps as undeveloped dirt.
My complaint is with the management of the community. Throughout my three years living here there were countless instances of phone calls not being returned and questions not being answered, including a four month span of our dryer not working and not being promptly fixed. Often times submitted maintenance requests were only addressed

I don't give reviews much, but I will, in this case, give my fully honest review of this complex.
Pros:
Nice apartments.
Great amenities.
Great appliances.
Decent value for the ridiculously high priced market that is Middle TN.
The security deposit isn't ridiculously priced like many tenants in the area who want a SD equivalent to a full month's rent, making it more expensive than house closing costs to move in to a rental.
Nice area overall with no real crime threats.
Pet-friendly compared to just about everywhere else!
Never had to put in maintenance requests.
Staff is friendly overall

I lived in these apartments for 3 years and the quality drastically went down hill each year. The final month before I moved approximately June 3rd - July 3rd 2020 I had no working ac, Literally the entire month of June without ac, and the portable unit they provided me was trash I had to go out and purchase another portable unit just to make it livable. This was probably the third or fourth time in the 3 years I had ac problems. They provided zero financial restitution and never attempted to fix my broken ac. If you’re looking for a decent apartment in Murfreesboro I strongly advise looking

Living in Century Autumn Wood is the best decision I’ve ever made. It is extremely clean, quiet, and my experience with the management has been nothing but the best. Anytime I make a maintenance request through the app, it is always answered within the same week with the friendliest maintenance staff!!(I love them) The amenities are amazing! The HUB is efficient. And I will definitely be resigning my lease. I really love these apartments, and have nothing but great things to say but my experience has always been awesome.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now since they first opened for. The level of professionalism and responsiveness has declined tremendously over the years. My AC went out last night and midnight, so I called emergency maintenance. 3 hours later at 3am, they sent me an EMAIL saying they could not fix my AC until the following morning at 8am. When I called to check if they came around 11am, the office lady said that they stopped by but when I got home, my AC was never fixed!
