Our housing contracts go from August to July and coincide with the MTSU calendar to ensure residents have plenty of time to move in prior to the start of the semester. All of our apartments are fully furnished. Each suite boasts its own wet bar, built-in beverage center, stainless steel mini fridge, cabinets, granite countertops, a built-in desk top, and a private full-size bathroom.
