Founded in 2017, Inspired Method's mission is to create a safe space to either learn or thrive during the workouts so that we can interchangeably use this experience to build and live an abundant life. Our breakthrough 4-pillar system was created by entrepreneur, 16-year movement pro, Strength and Mobility specialist, and fitness model Jared Rodriguez.

Joining an Inspired Method training program is one of the most valuable resources you could ever use. It's an investment in yourself and it will yield some of the highest returns. You'll need a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and your headphones for music (if desired). Classes are held at Palisades Park, Santa Monica on Ocean Ave and Palisades Ave.

The park is located alongside Ocean Ave at the top of the coastal sandstone bluffs, offering breathtaking scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. This globally acclaimed park was gifted by the founders of Santa Monica in 1892 and since then it's been a worldwide vacation destination and epic slice of heaven here in the west side of Los Angeles.
