CrossFit 727 is an affiliated CrossFit facility conveniently located in downtown St. Petersburg. Our gym is in the basement space of the historic Kress Building on Central Avenue. All CrossFit boxes are not the same and we take great pride on our programming, facility and community. CrossFit 727's trainers have decades of experience helping hundreds of clients.

CrossFit is a results-driven exercise program that is broad, general and inclusive. The regimen consists of functional movements, in constantly varied combinations, at high intensity. So what exactly does that mean? Functional movements are exercises that are analogous to and/or improve your capacity in real-world movement and physical problem-solving.

Every day there is a new workout to challenge several of the characteristics discussed on our "What is CrossFit?" CrossFit classes last an hour and start promptly when scheduled. Unlike a typical gym where you do your own thing, each CrossFit class is coached by a certified trainer so you will get the personal attention you need to ensure success and safety.

If you enjoyed your first workout, and want more, we offer beginner classes Monday - Thursday at 7:30 p.m. These classes focus on skill-development and provides all participants with a fitness baseline that covers the basic movements used in CrossFit. We firmly believe proper mechanics is foundational to anyone's CrossFit journey.
