I came here to say that if you're looking for a new doc in the area, this isn't it, but after reading the reviews, it seems that they should thin out some of their rude staff members in order to retain clients. Most of the negative reviews are recent. The PA is great, but the customer service is lacking to say the least. There's always a wait. I've been charged for random things I wouldn't have caught if I didn't look. I never got a call back about that... I've been told to "hold on" because I stood up in the lobby. I just think better organization and staff members that actually liked their job

These people dont deserve one star, I stressed how important it was for me to get back to my job and thy promised me that my appt wouldnt take that long but yet I waited for over an hour making me late to get back to my job!!! This by far is th worst office ever

If youre trying to get ahold of them GOODLUCK. They take their lunches past the allotted time per voicemail, so they wont even answer the phone or emails at that. Finally when I was billed for a visit - WELLNESS visit - they coded my appointment as something that didnt pertain to my visit whatsoever, therefore my insurance not covering majority leaving me paying more out of pocket. They will not answer me about this.

The staff was extremely professional, friendly atmosphere, and very well organized. So appreciative of them working me, a Nurse Practitioner, and my elderly mom, in to get our vaccine when there were so few options. Thank you so much, Dr Claire Visitacion!
