Our team evaluates motor skills, language development, and social-emotional milestones using standardized tools. Doctors are all nice but administration of this office is terrible. They do not keep their appointment times. Ive had to wait 30 minutes with a 4 week old baby while other people that show up late wait 30 seconds and go in. Its completely mismanagements. This has happened 3 times now and waiting ove 30 minutes with a newborn DURING COVID is completely disrespectful.

Very poor customer service resolution: I expect that mistakes happen but one thing that should remain a high standard is how we talk to our customers. I tried to address a customer service issue and when I did not move talk quickly enough for the office manager he stated We are busy here and what is your point? Even on a good day those are two things that should not be said when youre trying to resolve an issue. Needless to say after that the conversation did not go well and he never apologized for his behavior and for the customer service issue that I received back in November 16. Thats

I went here, my wife went here, and now we're leaving with my child. Mask mandate for 2 year olds starting 1st of this year. Very little flexiblity on vaccine schedule after bad reaction. Denied the reaction occured...
Pressured my wife to get the COVID vaccine, marked her down as "negative reaction" after politely declining.
Also, tried to pressure me into an HPV vaccine when I was young.

2 stars because at least the nurses and med techs are friendly and professional.
$1 per mask is ridiculous, should have realized there would be a problem. The practice will take my copay and insurance money but is unreasonable when I need a simple form required for the school for my special needs daughter to receive special education services. They abruptly "dismissed us from the practice" when they discovered my 2 special needs children weren't fully vaccinated. Although I have spoken in calm language and tone on every occasion 2 office management employees have raised their voices to me in
