Our gym at Elevation Fitness & Performance is like our second home, and we want you to feel that way too! While you can do a workout on any equipment, we wanted to provide clients with top-of-the-line equipment typically found at College and Professional Athletic facilities. Our gym is outfitted by industry leaders Perform Better, Nautilus, Rogue, Kabuki Strength and Meister.

We start with a Complimentary Strategy Session and Functional Movement Screen to better understand your fitness goals and training preferences as well as establish a movement "baseline". We coach members in stress management, sleep strategies, positive mindset, self-compassion and much more. We identify lifestyle factors that are roadblocks in reaching your goals and implement strategies for immediate results.

Our Lunch and Learn are a one hour long educational seminar designed to bring your team together. Each presentation is built with the culture of your company in mind to maximize engagement and fun. This is a series of subsequent lectures that builds on one topic each week. Each employee will be provided interactive learning tools that are designed to maximize learning and real-life implementation.
The Recipe Project

Amy and Kelsey have been building healthy recipes since the beginning of time (AKA at least 10 years). As they searched online, they were shocked by those labeled "healthy". Each recipe was loaded with fat, sugar and calories galore, with zero regard for actual health. This was unacceptable. They wanted to see if they could take the recipe concept found online and give it a face lift.

No. Semi-private training is carefully planned and structured strength and conditioning sessions designed for YOU specifically based on your fitness and movement goals. Demi-Private sessions are 55 minutes long. We recommend showing up 10-15 minutes early if possible to complete a dynamic warm-up and any specific preparation for your movement plan.
