
Gene and I really connected the first time we met. We discussed our goals and Gene made sure to tailor my workout program in order to make strides in the distance aspect of my golf game. Gene's expertise and knowledge of the body is incredibly broad and my success in golf can truly be attributed to the kind of work Gene and I have done together at his gym.

The workouts are structured to include movement instruction, strength, conditioning, and core. We limit class attendance to offer you more personalized attention from your instructor in a safe workout environment.
