Pole Fitness
Our Pole Fitness classes combine strength training and artistic movement on vertical poles. Students develop upper body strength, core stability, and flexibility through choreographed routines. Certified instructors guide progressions from beginner spins to advanced aerial combinations, emphasizing proper technique and safety. This dynamic workout improves body awareness while building confidence through physical achievement.
Aerial Silks
Aerial Silks instruction focuses on fabric-based acrobatics using suspended ribbons. Classes teach climbs, wraps, and drops while developing grip strength and mid-air control. Our safety-certified coaches provide spotting for inversions and complex sequences. Students progress from foundational moves to fluid aerial choreography, enhancing both physical conditioning and creative expression through vertical dance.
Lyra Hoop
Lyra classes utilize suspended metal hoops for strength and artistic training. Instruction covers static poses, dynamic transitions, and rotational movements. Our certified coaches emphasize proper body alignment to prevent strain during aerial sequences. Students learn to combine technical precision with performance elements, creating visually striking routines that build shoulder endurance and spatial awareness.
Barre Conditioning
Barre classes blend ballet-inspired movements with strength training and stretching. Our instructors integrate isometric holds and small-range motions to target specific muscle groups. This low-impact workout improves posture, balance, and muscular endurance through progressive sequences set to music. Classes incorporate props like resistance bands and light weights for enhanced toning benefits.
Aerial Yoga
Our Aerial Yoga classes use suspended hammocks to deepen stretches and support inversions. Certified instructors guide students through modified yoga poses that enhance flexibility and core engagement. The hammock assists with alignment in challenging postures while providing a playful element to traditional yoga practice. Sessions focus on decompressing the spine and improving overall mobility.

I love coming to this studio. I've been a practitioner of the aerial arts for about 5- 6 years now and I highly recommend going here. Last year I took a break since my fiance was building his business and needed as much help as I could give. I started going to classes again at the beginning of August and it was the best thing I've done for myself in a while. My instructors understood that I needed to get back to the basics and they started with just that. In the month and a half that I've been back I'm regaining my strength steadily. I cross-train with the barre classes offered and I feel that

Fly Circus is a fantastic studio. I started taking aerial silks classes with knowledgeable instructor Kelly in June 2018 and it is so fun and challenging! Im tall (6 4), and Fly has space for silks with practice mats and high ceilings. So I can train new moves from the floor and climb up when Im ready for a challenge. They also do pole, hammock, trapeze, barre and yoga classes in both Appleton and Green Bay. Try it out!

We simply cannot express enough positivity about Aerial Roots! Ive taken 3+ years of aerial training and my husband is a Marine Corps veteran; as a married couple we enjoy taking barre classes together each week to help stay active. Our instructor, Jaime, is encouraging, upbeat, and warm-hearted. Each class is engaging, super challenging, and entertaining in all the right ways. The studios atmosphere is refreshing and cozy. If you enjoy having that friendship-like feeling with your instructor and studio, youll definitely get it here. #burnthemuffins
