The primary goal of a Swedish massage is to relax the entire body. This is achieved by rubbing muscles with long gliding stokes. The therapist uses their hands, forearms, or elbows to manipulate the superficial layers of the muscles to improve physical and mental health. The Swedish massage will also improve blood circulation to help uou feel more energetic by increasing the flow of nutrient-rich oxygen to your muscles.
