I lived here for two years, the place was nice and remodeled, But then it turned dangerous and ghetto. Someone was shot right over my apartment while me and my entire family were at home. We heard the gunshots seen the blood. At that point I knew it was time to go. In addition to saying all of this, I moved out left the place in great condition the apartment management agreed to refunding me my deposit but never did , it has been over a year and i still haven't received my deposit money. Every time I call I'm getting the runaround very rude and unprofessional.

Literally call just right now to ask for information about renting and the lady that answered hade worst attitude and awful customer service and later transferred me to another lady that was even worse! Literally the called lasted less than a minute because they wouldn’t even let me ask a full question. I have also been in person and to say the least the customer service is just as awful.

Yikes I was highly considering renting here but after reading reviews....yikes. Maybe listen and help the people you do have renting and you would get better reviews. It’s quite obvious there is customer service issues and if they are so miserable doing this job, right now is a wonderful opportunity to find a new one! Every where is hiring broadmoor! Don’t put kids and families in harms way just because you yourself are miserable. Also the commenter Monique below 8 months ago made a horrifying review and they responded with sarcasm. That’s disgusting management.

I am so upset with the management of these apartments. I have lived here for 2 years and recently my air was out from Sunday to Tuesday, I called the emergency line and no one ever came out to fix it and due to Monday being a holiday no one was in the office on Monday so Tuesday morning before going to work I caught the maintenance man going into the office and advised him of the situation and he came right over and fix the air. I paid my rent on the due date but due to the air being out I use some one the rent money to buy fans and food due to not being able to cook, me and my daughter having

I viewed these apartments online and thought the prices were great for the updated aesthetics in the units I saw online. I called for about three weeks without reaching anyone. I left voicemails but they were never returned. I finally drove about 50 minutes away on a Saturday ( a few months ago, maybe March) to get more information about availability, leasing requirements and possibly a tour. I am absolutely disgusted with how their properties are ran. We had to move from one unit to a different unit and we were handed the keys before the apartment was fully ready but were promised the remainder of the repairs were going to be fixed within the week. This was not the case at all. We went 6.5 month without kitchen drawers. We also had a bathroom drawer missing as well. We made multiple work orders, called the office, and even went to the office and maintenance shop in person to ask what the hold-up was. My apartment got flooded during the winter storm not only was I homeless for four months technically I am still, but they never accommodated me and give me a unit to live in UNtill then. Talk to cooperate about it and they told me my apartment was still deemed livable when I had no walls construction paint and dry wall and electrical wires everywhere. And my apartment was trashed. PLEASE READ REVIEWS! When you see these apartments they are amazing and for the price you can't beat it anywhere right now! Many people who still live here feel STUCK because of the cost of living and working dollar don't add up and they can't afford to live any where else well at least a better neighborhood. They are nice and very professional and the maintenance staff are excellent in what they do all are being respectful and wearing masks and the is always information about covid-19 and anything else that the community needs to know.I have and will continue to refer people here.A great place to live.I have renewed my lease twice.

We are going on our 3rd year in our apartment. The units themselves are spacious and well laid out. Since we first moved in there was some communication problems and delays in getting things done. But I have noticed they(management) have consistently worked towards improvement. The current maintenance staff is excellent and very timely. Property is… kept up well. Problem is, folks dont secure their trash properly which results it is blowing around from the dumpsters. Maintenance can't be outside 24/7 picking up trash. The adult residents need to be more responsible. Overall we are happy

The apartments themselves are nice. And the maintenance staff has been more then helpful with fixing appliances and cleaning the surrounding of the buildings and dumpsters. The exterior of the apartments are always dirty do to tenants leaving trash under the stairwell. Or throwing it onto the ceiling of the second floor. Many of them don't even bother throwing the trash into the actual dumpster instead just leave it off to the side. Tenants have even thrown some type of oil off the second story. I enjoyed living here until just recently.

I am so distraught with having to deal with your staffing company at this property and also your San Antonio Corp staff as well. I have left over a dozen voicemails with not only the leasing staff at 2900 Broadmoor but also with a Mrs Theresa Oates who is suppose to be a Corp contact for this property. I have been trying to lease the same apartment for 3 months. I have completed multiple applications I have re emailed forms that were lost. This apartments service sucks. If you request to fix something it takes them longer than a month. They are so unprofessional when it comes to when they come to fix something, they stood up on my furniture to fix the fire alarms and damaged my things and they don't want to do anything about it. They are rude and never give you straight answers. "… They always forget to ask for certain papers they need, when you go to turn some in." Wish i could give a negative one, the walls are thin, i mean you can hear the people upstairs drop a pen. they put infants & toddlers on the 3rd floor like who puts small kids on higher grounds??, that they know are going to be very active & cause massive noise, this is the worst place i have ever lived . i wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come here!!!! office isn't helpful at all, i feel like i signed my soul to the devil by leasing here !! it is a trap!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Me & my other 2 roommates looked into this place in the beginning of February, we were told we would not be approved because all together we made too much. They offered their market value units, said it didn't matter how much money we made, and that it was bigger than the normal units as well as having stainless steel appliances. Only issue is that they would not finish construction until August. My roommates and I had been looking around at apartments for a while and when they showed us the unit we would have, brand new, spacious and stainless steel appliances

Office staff onsite there are friendly for the most part. Their compliance department, on the other side, are horrible. Why do I say that? If your parents opted to homeschool you, even through an accredited program recognized and accepted by the State of Texas - Don't expect to get to live here. I will happily expound on this statement.

I am new to the Ft Worth area, and I was looking for a good place to move my family. I came in an meet with the manger and explained my situation. Mrs. Poncie was very understanding and willing to help. Since I moved in if I have any questions, they are on top of it and answer every question and get things done fast.
