It's unfortunate that ownership isnt taking what the people are saying seriously, I know many people in these units and they all complain about the same issues, which is no management, poor service and lacking clean environment. It's obvious, money plays a big factor and taking advantage of the low income market, which unfortunately brings in the riff raffs. A good reputation, dignity and integrity y'all should consider.

Worst place to ever live in. There is nothing good about this place. Parking is first come first serve. If you dont get a spot in the parking lot then you have to park on the street and that gives you a ticket from the city. Dont ever think about getting packages delivered there because if you dont grab your package ASAP someone will steal it. Yup. Its happened plenty of times and it keeps happening. Management never holds anyone accountable for anything. They hang up flyers saying they will fine you if you get caught doing blah blah blah.. yea they dont do anything. Apparently they

I stay at HAYMARKET lofts in Milwaukee wi and let me tell you there has not been a property manager in over a year. Everyone says they have been through 10 property managers in the last 8 months and I didnt know that until after I moved in. Ive been here for three months and my power continues to go out in my unit, my fridge was out for a whole 4 days I lost all of my food over 200 dollars worth mind you my kids are in virtual school so that effected them and I had to come out of pocket even more to go out and get fast food to eat which I shouldnt have had to the issue with my power should

Hi I live in G4 in just move out in stay here for 2 years I like to say that this place was mess when first move in it got better one thing I will say they hire better staff so that good thing. If they are able to say property will be in good hands, because its new mangers every other month.
