Moved into SWW back in March and we have been thoroughly impressed with every experience we have had with the staff there. LCM and Jori have been nothing but top notch to deal with as they really do a fantastic job with customer service and satisfaction. From the simplest of maintenance request to setting up autopay through their payment and support app everything is handled with ease. If your looking for an over-the-top apartment experience in the MKE DT area, this is the place!

Best apartments Ive ever lived in. I had nothing short of a wonderful experience and not one problem the entire three years I was here. Any maintenance needs were handled promptly and done well. Management is great, the owners are kind. Building is quiet and neighbors are respectful. Beautiful rooftop garden to enjoy. Great location. I could not recommend a better place to live.

I lived at Building 6 for 3 years and loved the apartment. The building was always clean and it was a quiet building. The management is excellent and maintenance repairs are dealt with quickly. They have a good number of guest parking passes that you can request if you have someone coming up for the weekend, which is very nice! Also, the apartment is located in a great location. A two minute walk and you are in the third ward and then the other way you have some of the best restaurants and bars in the city! Would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking to live in Milwaukee!

Showed up for my tours and the leasing agent asked me to give her 5 more mins..next thing i knew it was 20 mins later and nobody showed..disappointing

I have been living at Building 6 (in a studio unit) for over a year now & love it. I've done quite a bit of research to try & find an apartment with comparable amenities at a lower cost and have come to find that this really is one of the best apartments when doing the cost / amenities analysis. Plus, since our building manager changed to Jori, I have had an even more positive experience. Highly recommend!
