Terrible experience just trying to see what they have available. Office always closed with no notice, just paper note on the door saying they are closed for entire weekend with appointments made! 4 residents walking by confirmed office is awful and advised against renting. Too bad because could be great! This is a prime opportunity for bear management to hire better, train better, take pride in your property.

Great place on the lake with many options for a variety of different apartments. Great community room with a beautiful view of the lake. Love all the current color palettes and finishes. Beautiful!

The Management Team at the Mariner Apartments have been very helpful with my relocation to the Wisconsin area. I'm looking forward to living in the Mariner Apartments - great location and view and close to downtown Milwaukee.
