Tequila, the star of Viva's show! Our selection of tequilas and mezcal was curated to highlight what makes tequila such a special spirit; it's distinctive flavors. From the citrus notes in blancos, to vanilla in reposados, and the woody complexity in anejos, tequila has so much more to offer. Viva's bar program takes advantage of tequila's natural pairing with fresh fruits.

Our craft cocktails are made with fresh fruits and syrups and shrubs made in-house. Our expert bartenders shake and stir up a cocktail that will leave you thirsty for more. Our kitchen produces a full menu for lunch & dinner service. Carrying a foundation of Guadalajara-based Mexican cuisine, Viva's menu ranges from traditional fare such as tortas to specialties like our Oaxacan mole.
