Our menu changes seasonally and features wood grilled meats & game, the freshest seafood & creative vegetarian dishes drawing from regional American, Island, Mediterranean, and Asian influences using the best seasonal & local ingredients.
All in an unequaled setting in five intimate dining rooms with 3 foot thick limestone walls, and oak paneled ceilings and floors and a cozy main hall 6 foot wide wood burning fireplace. Our dinner menu changes weekly and is printed at the Castle. The dining room menu link is updated just before service each day, some dishes may be added, changed or dropped.
