Worst customer Service ever,
If I could put 5 negative starts I would, apartments are filthy rich. Manger has a rude attitude THEY NEVER RESPOND TO YOUR WORK ORDERS. Roaches in black mold everywhere in the apartments. Jennifer said she will get me the pest control taken care of, but later on she said to me in a such rude way (IF YOU ARE ON HURRY GO GET A PEST CONTROL COMPANY BY YOURSELF) can y’all imagine that.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at an apartment complex.
1) ROACH infested- however the first 2 months were completely fine as far as roaches go. We eventually had to stay at a friends house till pest control came.
2) The nosiest neighbors , music all day on blast- wish i was exaggerating.
3) LOTS unfriendly people
4) Front office doesn’t care/communicate

Maybe I should have read the reviews before applying at this property. I should have known something was up when I called to tour a 1 bedroom apartment and an hour later, they showed it to someone else and had me look at a 418 sq. ft. apartment. I applied anyway. I was told at that time, if I get denied, I would receive $100 back. It took 3 weeks to deny my application and it has been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive my money. For the most part this place is decent . However my ac has been flooding all summer ruining my personally belongings. I have called everyday for the last 2 weeks and have put in maintenance request . Yes maintenance comes and it gets so called fix it but within the next hour the ac is flooding my carpet again. I’d love to renew my lease but not if having buckets all over my room is my new normal. Moving here is okay just make sure you are not put on the third floor. Also yes it’s true mail here is iffy because the mailboxes our often broken into however mine was fixed .

Please do not do an I did and not take the Google reviews serious. Living here has been personally the worst experience renting. For the past 3 weeks the mailbox has been broken, preventing tenants from receiving mail. Did the property manager think to update it's resident via email? No they did not, I had to find out from a kind neighbor who put a note in the mailbox office. The property management team told me it was the post office responsibility and the post office claims it's the apartment complex responsibility. Management does not give good customer service, they are making a first time renters experience miserable. This is my sons first apartment. The back door was broke meaning anyone could break in while he slept, roaches in the apartment, contact paper peeling off the wall in the kitchen, was not painted, wasn't cleaned properly and the carpet was not clean. He gave the key back so they could fix all the issues and they only credited him one day. The apartment is not move in ready, he's paid the rent. They have been rude and has made this move-in extremely stressful. Day 7 and he still can not move

One woman in the office is rather rude. We did the initial apartment inspection and gave it back to the front office. None of the discrepancies were fixed. A month now and the stove still doesn't work. And...the bathroom door does not close. I try and call the office all times of day and leave voicemails. Never can speak to anyone. I try and login to the crest centreport website...no go.

This is not the place you want to give your money. I've lived here two years, having lived in their sister property on American Boulevard. The staff at the latter residence was much better. The staff here (both office and maintenance) doesn't care about it's residents, even though we pay their salary. They treat residents with open contempt when we dare call about something wrong with our apartment.
The buildings themselves are falling apart- I think they're one big problem away from just shutting them down. The would rather repair than replace anything, like when my water heater

I had very bad experience with the lease office they tricked me they took my money they give me very very bad apartment I tell them I need on third floor and they give me on first floor they told me it's clean apartment every thing new and I see the cockroaches everywhere, at the same time I pay for them everything even the insurance even my energy. This complex gets zero stars. My fiancé and I have been here for almost six months and each month we regret moving into this place. The first day we moved in we didn't even wanna sleep in our apartment because there were roaches everywhere. The kitchen was the worst. We were promised pest control would solve the issue which was a lie. We are still fighting roaches everyday. Now they have migrated to our bathroom and bedroom. Not so much in the kitchen anymore. Last time we put in a request for pest control they didn't do anything. Traps weren't changed. Poison wasn't put down

It's been 2 months I keep complaining about the very loud noise coming from the AC. I sent 4 written complains online, I went to the office 3 times and complained about the issue in person, I called SEVERAL times to solve the issue and every time they say the same thing "we will let the guys know" !!!!!!!!! Nothing has been fixed. IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS WE KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT THE NOISE FROM THE AC IN OUR BEDROOM AND THE WALL ALSO VIBRATES!!!...The noise is VERY loud we can't sleep in the bedroom, It's giving me severe headache. The price is pretty low in comparison to the rest of the apartments here. I like the area. It was close to my job and it was a quiet place. The only thing I hated was how long they would take to fix things. Maintenance is really slow. Could be better but for the price and location you really can't ask for more. It is outdated but you really get what you pay for so I can't complain to much about that. The bathrooms are very tiny and oddly designed. On the very last day the AC stopped working right in the middle of summer. I was pretty upset about that. It also wasn't working when

I came here to get a quote and one of the staff members was incredibly rude. She questioning me why I was wanting to move there, where I was employed at, and if my income was 3 time the rent. When I asked to see the model, she claim they stop showing 15 minutes prior to closing, but it was only 4:30. Don't bother stopping by for a quote, just move on to the next appartment complex.

Lived here for over a year, these are VERY outdated, awkward and very low quality. Had continuous issues with roaches crawling out of the drains and parties at 1am, 2am, 3am and 4am. There isn't much natural light and the maintenance hardly ever gets around to handling maintenance issues in a timely fashion. The front office staff are VERY kind but they only have so much power when the owner does not invest in the property. Only about 50% of the washers and dryers work and the secondary wash house was "being renovated" but it's been about 6 months now and literally no progress

The office people are amazing! The maintenance is VERY slow of getting things done and the owner doesn't want to hire more help cause he wants more money in his pocket. Out of all the places in this area yes it is the cheapest. All I can say is remember what you pay for is what you get!

Over all the apartments are quiet, uneventful. The office staff are fairly helpful... The only complaint I have ever had is that Maintenance are a bit slow at repairs.
