At Amplio Fitness, we view health to be a balance of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. We are open for business and taking every safety precaution possible. We are only taking one-on-one personal training, nutrition coaching, and Reiki sessions. All equipment and surfaces are wiped down with an antibacterial solution before and after use.
