Our school follows the heritage of the Chinese Shaolin temple. Grandmaster Daniel K. Pai brought together several kung fu systems, his family style of kung fu, as well as Chinese kenpo and tai chi systems in what he called, "Pai Lum" - the "White Dragon" Fist style.

At Rising Dragon, we emphasize a code of values to our students for living life. Students learn by heart many important virtues like faith, love, honor and courage in order to become a warrior with compassion. Our Pai Lum family creed handed down by Grandmaster Pai states: "Seek peace always, but if threatened then let the soul become a warrior."

Rising Dragon Martial Arts teaches Pai Lum or "White Dragon", which includes four complete systems of self-defense and health training: White Dragon Kung Fu, White Lotus Kenpo, Pai Yang Tai Chi, and San Shou Kickboxing. Rising Dragon teaches traditional Chinese Kung Fu and Kenpo including Southern and Northern Long Fist forms, iron palm, weapons, fist sets, sparring and drills.

Students and families can pay for online classes here or may call the school at 414-383-7727 to make payment arrangements. Class times are shown on the schedule below. Rising Dragon Martial Arts provides over 3000 square feet of martial arts training and education in Milwaukee's historic Silver City district, overlooking the scenic Menomonee River Valley. Originally built in 1903, this newly remodeled facility features a 1300 square foot main training floor, a 700 square foot kick boxing room, a spacious meditation area, changing rooms with private lockers, a gathering area and sport shop.
