Worthless. Do not use this guy. He was unable to evaluate the furnace because it was too hot. (In Arizona, it gets hot? Surprise, surprise.)
Was unable to check the swamp cooler. (The breaker was off.)
Couldn't find the water supply to the swamp cooler. (We found it for him. And we found the GFCI that he said didn't exist for the whirlpool tub in the master bath.)
His rudeness by sitting in his truck for 10-15 minutes on the phone after we arrived on time for our appointment was an insult to us.
And finally, not wearing a mask around us during all this Covid madness also shows a lack of respect
