Amazing inspectors! Detailed findings and excellent reporting. I met them when someone else used them to inspect my house, the found a lot of things which of course as the seller your like UGH!!!! However, I appreciated the service they provided my buyer so when it came for me to buy a new house a year later I told my realtor they were top notch and I only want them to do my inspection. We used Wolverine for our one year home warranty inspection. They were professional, thorough, and caught things we never would have noticed. We orginally weren't going to have an inspection since it was a new home but after seeing what we missed were glad we did. We would highly recommend Wolverine for any home inspection you wont be disappointed.

Bill and Patty where awesome to work with on our Home Inspection. Bill did a great, detailed and comprehensive inspection with photos. Bill took the time to explain what he was seeing to my husband, Matt as he went about doing a very thorough inspection of the home we were purchasing. Patty did the same inside the house, while checking appliances and walking the house with me. Patty answered any of my question and explained anything she noticed.
