No consultation fees apply. We include 15–30 minute color consultations at no charge when booking full services.
What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
Arriving 10+ minutes late may require rescheduling. Late arrivals incur no-show charges equal to 100% of booked services.
Are your stylists available for destination weddings?
Yes, our wedding teams travel domestically and internationally for events. Additional travel fees apply for locations outside Los Angeles County.
Do highlights include toning services?
Toner applications remain a separate service. Technicians apply glosses to neutralize brassiness or enhance shine after highlighting processes.

Alex (instagram @aroselutz) did an AMAZING AMAZING job with my blonde dye job. I'm naturally a dirty blonde, and I wanted to go lighter and brighter. I'm also pretty low maintenance so I wanted something to last long. Alex knew exactly what to do and I was, and still am many months later, super happy with her work. She's super talented. Not to mention really sweet! I got her info after seeing a photo of a friend with naturally brunette hair who went blonde with Alex and it looked SO natural. 10/10 would recommend.

Deleted my previous review as I reached out earlier this month via email to Society and requested a refund. I didn't want to leave them with a 1 star review and opted to delete it. (Please note that Society did not ask me to delete at any given time. I had willingly said I would, which I did.)
...However, I think it's still important and be transparent to future clients who may go here with similar hair as mine (thick, coarse, Asian hair who cannot have blunt cuts as it WILL show) I do not want you to experience the same thing I did as I will now spend months growing it out and paying

I continue coming back because Spencer is such a talented stylist. I recently had a baby and was feeling drab, so decided to invest in some extensions. Spencer installed 22 inch curly hair via a beaded sew in method. Love them. Was the exact pick me up I needed. The best part is It only took about two hours. Looks so natural. Even my family couldn't tell! The hair itself is pricy but it lasts several weeks, is high quality and actually looks and behaves like real curls.
