I went to Bomane for 6 months and my last appointment was terrible. Was barely greeted at the door by my stylist kamie, and was not offered any drink at all throughout the whole process. I was given to a different stylist to blow dry me very abruptly without any explanation or a goodbye! Then I was charged a 250 cancellation fee that was never explained to me from my previous appointment months ago that I cancelled. (I did not do a no show). The receptionist told me to speak to drea about my experience when I called, when I reached out to her she said "I have a uti and am urinating blood right

Great salon! Every stylist seems on point so no need to worry about getting an appointment with someone in specific. Its pricey but I always leave here happy with my service so it's worth it in my opinion. Only downside is parking is tough but they have a valet.

Alysa Pace is my go to girl! She does color like no one I've ever gone to before. Whether you're blonde or brunette or any other color, she will make you feel gorgeous every time you walk out of the salon. I've recommend her to so many friends now, she truly is the best!
