We understand 'things happen' and issues arise. In the interest of fairness, we will note though not charge for one cancellation that occurs in less than 24 hours of your appointment. If, however within 12 months it happens again we will charge 50% of service(s) booked. Time is money and courtesy costs nothing, so in the event of a no show, we will charge the client 50% of the amount of the service(s).
