I give this place 5 stars. My apartment was really nice and modern. Quiet neighborhood. Anytime I needed maintenance they came out quickly and were super friendly and got the job done right away. The lady’s in the front are so sweet and down to earth! Really helpful and willing to work with you. Especially STACY. She’s awesome. Thank you for your help and making all transactions smooth and easy!

This Apartment was a miracle!!
My husband and I have been planning this move to Texas from Wyoming since June. We had already set things up and planned to move into another Apt Complex in North Richland Hills on 10/1. Long story short-We traveled 15hrs with our Uhaul and our other vehicles and arranged to stay in a hotel for a couple nights before move in. One day before our move in (9/30), the leasing agent called and said they have to push back our move in date, for the 4th time! Keep in mind we had already rearranged and rescheduled the uhaul, hotel, time off work etc. multiple times. Because

I have been living here about a month and overall I am pleased with the staff and am enjoying my 1 bedroom apartment. This is my first time living completely alone and luckily they were able to put me in a first floor apartment close to the leasing office which makes me feel a lot more safe. I had some issues with responsiveness when I was applying/signing my lease but when I go into the leasing office to speak to someone I always get the help I need. Love the location of this place and I am grateful my leasing agent Avery from Smart City found and recommended this apartment complex to me :) She

My husband and I have had quite a few issues in our apartment. We moved in about 7 months ago. I want to thank Luis and Daniel for always working hard and being on top of fixing these problems. Daniel came to my apartment around 4 or 5 am one morning and spent hours cleaning up water that leaked everywhere. Just have to give them a shout out. Having came from living in my own house it hasn’t been easy transitioning into an apartment. Thanks again!

I totally would not recommend these apartments. I normally would not even write a review, however I have to put my complaint out here. These apartments were nice on the outside when I first moved in, now not so much. Absolutely not worth what you pay in rent, they charge way too much for water and add all these miscellaneous charges onto your rent. So I have been paying rent for 4 years, never late no issues and when I decide to move out they add all these fraudulent, miscellaneous charges to my final bill which is foul. The office staff is unorganized and unprofessional every time that I have

I just moved into this apartment complex and it has been nothing less than amazing. When I had any maintenance issue when first moving in I just put in my service request and they were here within the day. Luis especially has made this living experience great because he is always responsive as well as friendly when he comes in to fix anything. Love it here so far can’t wait for the future.

Overall a great place to live. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Louis and the other maintenance workers here. When I moved in at first there were several issues. They fixed everything that needed to be done. Louis spent about 7 hours in and out of my apartment fixing the AC vents for me today. Thankful for these hardworking guys!

We've lived here for 3 years and it's been great. Stacy is the sweetest there is! She's always willing to help and very kind. Heather's the best! She's very professional, helpful and receptive. The few times I've needed help from her, she's right on top!
I've had few Maintenance Requests and they've been always fulfilled super fast. Overall, we're very happy here, the Community is very clean. We like the Pool and the Fitness Room.
