Pole Dance Classes
Our pole dance classes combine strength training, flexibility development, and sensual movement. Students learn spins, climbs, and choreography while building confidence in a supportive environment. Classes accommodate all skill levels from complete beginners to advanced performers. The 75-minute sessions allow comprehensive warm-ups, skill development, and cool-down periods.
Aerial Silks
Aerial silks instruction teaches students to climb, wrap, and flow through suspended fabric. Classes focus on creating beautiful shapes while developing upper body strength and spatial awareness. Our 75-minute sessions include progressive skill training, safety instruction, and creative movement exploration for all experience levels.
Burlesque Dance
Burlesque dance classes teach expressive movement combining dance, theater, and tease. Students learn choreography that builds confidence and body awareness through playful, sensual routines. The 4-week Essentials Series introduces foundational movements while emphasizing personal style development in a non-judgmental space.
Youth Aerial
Youth aerial programs introduce children aged 9-14 to circus arts through aerial silks, hoop, and hammock apparatuses. Classes focus on safe skill development, creativity, and confidence-building while teaching proper technique. Our instructors modify exercises to match children's physical development and coordination levels.

Private party packages offer customized pole dance or aerial experiences for special occasions. Our 90-minute sessions include instruction, photo opportunities, and take-home gifts for groups up to 10 guests. My daughter loves the kids aerial class with Kat! She just started her 2nd session and has learned so much. Says Kat is nice, kind and very helpful when teaching plus the class is so much fun and a good workout.

I've been doing aerial at Tease for about 2.5 years now and I love it. Ashley is a very fun instructor and makes sure we're safe when learning and reviewing tricks. I just wish I had more time to take more classes! Highly recommended, try a drop in class, but be prepared to become addicted and sign up for an 8 week session (that's what happened to me and I'm not sorry about it!)

I took a teaser pole class here in their other location, a lyra class pre-pandemic, and am now taking burlesque. I've usually taken burlesque classes in the city; they are much more expensive here, but most of the city burlesque studios have closed, so it's good to have the option. The stretches for the pole class (ballet-based) were excellent, and while pole wasn't for me, it was a good class. I highly recommend their taster class special. Lyra was a bit unstructured for me, but it was their very first session so that may have changed. The other lyra studio I've attended

I had my daughter's 18TH birthday party a few week ago there. It was a huge success. The girls love it. It was challenging and fun. The staff was great. They want to go back. It was worth it. Great experience!
