I have been training at the jungle gym for about 1 1/2 years and it's the best decision I've ever made. Doesn't matter if you're young, old, skinny or fat the jungle gym is the place to learn martial arts. The coaches here are knowledgeable in many forms of martial arts and teach for real life application as well as competition if that's what you're looking to do.
