With nearly twenty years experience in sales, marketing and real estate as well as being a part of a team which ranks in the top 1% of Realtors in the Silicon Valley I have been blessed with the opportunity to create a much needed program within our community. The experience I am speaking of began with an 82 year young woman who had recently lost her husband and had very little family in the area.

Tailored Transitions specializes in assisting older adults and their families with the emotional and physical aspects of senior relocation. Our Personal Moving Consultants have backgrounds in gerontology, health care, nursing, project management, real estate, technology, accounting or marketing.
