Contacted Manu to sell my old home in this not-so-normal market. She made a quick visit to my home and provided clear guidance on how to go about it; starting with prep work, staging, listing strategy, open houses etc. The house was stage beautifully and attracted many buyers during the open house. She also kept open mind in discussing options through out process. Got handful of offers and deal made within two weeks. Everything went as per plan. Manu Changotra was our listing agent and she was outstanding to work with! My husband and I conducted research to see who would be our best choice based on the investment they would make into selling the property (with regards to time and effort). Manu met us at our home and laid out the plan that she had in mind to sell our house. She answered all our questions, providing us with objective data with regards to the number of sales in our area, what they listed and sold for, and provided us with lots of comps in the area. Manu made the selling process incredibly easy and took extra steps like having a pro come stage our home, having professional photographs were taken, a 3-d video tour, and a lot more.

I chanced upon Manu's ad on radio a few years ago and her name stuck with me since then. When we started house hunting a year ago, I couldn't think of anybody other than her. In the hindsight, it's one the best decisions that we took. Manu is super smart, understands her clients' sensibilities and goes out of her way to close the deals. Manu did an amazing job selling our house in Jan 2022. Right from guidance about when to list the house, what upgrades to do or not do in the house before selling, getting ready for staging, open houses and negotiating final offer. Manu did a fantastic job in helping us find the right home. She was patient enough to address every question. She has a very good understanding of the market trends covering most of south and east bay. As a first time home buyer, it is not at all easy especially in bay area with the less inventory during the pandemic.
