I needed a retrospective appraisal for my dad's house in San Jose, CA. I solicited bids from five different companies, because I wanted to prove diligence to my siblings. Appraisals Only was the most professional bid. Also, Tony from Appraisals Only responded quickly and was the least expensive bid! Tony at Appraisals Only communicated well, was on time, courteous, forthright, provided excellent documentation and was very professional. I would recommend Appraisals Only whole heartedly!
