A member of our team will call your client and walk them through the property management options available for their home. If the customer signs a property management contract with us, we'll pay you $250 for each property as a referral fee. Working with a property manager doesn't need to mean saying goodbye to good customers; we encourage our referral partners to maintain their client relationships & will even refer future sales back to you.
