When is my rent due? A. Rent is always due on the first day of each month and will be considered late with late fees applied starting at 4 PM on the 3rd day of the month. What forms of payment do you accept? A. Each tenant will be provided a secure tenant portal where rents can be paid 24-7 on line each month or they will be able to set up as an automatic payment.

How quickly will you be able to get my property rented? A. There are many factors that determine "time on market". Depending on the Season, Location and Condition we are usually able to successfully get a lease signed within 30 days. How will you screen my tenant?

A. One of the most important steps in securing a tenant, we rely and partner with our software provider Appfolio who obtains information on each applicants credit score, credit history and public records from Experian, the leading national credit bureau.
