Welcome to Happy Apple(R), a multi-practitioner counseling & life coaching center based in Midtown, Manhattan. We offer in-person and online services to help with managing stress, reaching potential, depression, trauma, children and teen related issues, relationships, life transitions, grief and loss, and LGBTQ concerns.

Our therapists are experienced, specialized, and skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches. Though our offices are based in New York, our therapists have multi-state licenses that allow us to offer our online therapy services to residents of NY, NJ, DE, and CA.

Online Therapy
Report
Online therapy (also known as teletherapy, online counseling, and e-therapy) makes it easy to initiate therapy and attend sessions consistently. Research shows that teletherapy can be as effective as in-office therapy. It seems like an oxymoron, online therapy. Doesn't the lack of face-to-face, in-person counseling seem like it defeats the purpose of therapy?
