Services
Psychotherapy
Our psychotherapy services combine evidence-based approaches with personalized care to address mental health challenges. Using techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychodynamic frameworks, we help clients manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our therapists create safe spaces for self-exploration, focusing on individual needs while building coping strategies for long-term wellness.
EMDR Therapy
Specialized EMDR therapy helps process traumatic experiences through structured protocols. This evidence-based approach addresses PTSD symptoms and distressing memories using bilateral stimulation techniques. Our certified practitioners guide clients through eight-phase treatment plans tailored to individual trauma histories while promoting emotional regulation and healing.
Art Therapy
Art therapy integrates creative expression with psychological healing under the guidance of board-certified practitioners. This modality helps clients explore emotions through visual media while developing self-awareness. Sessions combine mindfulness techniques with art-making processes to address anxiety, grief, and self-esteem issues in a non-judgmental environment.
Group Therapy
Facilitated group sessions create community spaces for shared experiences around specific mental health challenges. Our structured programs focus on anxiety, trauma recovery, and life transitions while maintaining confidentiality. Participants benefit from peer support and evidence-based interventions led by experienced clinicians in a safe therapeutic environment.
ESA Letters
We provide ESA (Emotional Support Animal) assessment letters through qualified mental health professionals. This service follows strict evaluation protocols to determine eligibility based on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria. Our documentation meets HUD housing requirements while maintaining ethical clinical standards for clients needing animal-assisted emotional support.

Stephanie is a phenomenally insightful therapist who has been extremely valuable to my personal, mental and emotional growth over the last year. I have to travel a lot for work so she has been amazing at providing regular remote therapy sessions over Skype for while I'm on the road. This has been pivotal so that I could maintain my routine of our sessions. Her extraordinary knowledge and ability to translate it in a way for me to hear let alone understand (even when it's hard) has been a huge part of my progress. So in short I highly recommend her, she makes me feel relaxed and so I can
