INCREDIBLE LIFE FITNESS provides our neighborhood with a conveniently located CROSSFIT facility and wellness center located at 3405 Lewiston Rd Greensboro NC. We focus on delivering FITNESS to our community that reinforces technique and correct form, along with strategically programmed workouts that are fun, creative, goal specific & challenging for both individuals, groups of all ages and genders.
CROSSFIT FIREPIT / INCREDIBLE LIFE FITNESS is the home of the F3 Workout Experience! (Fun Fast Fitness that anyone can do!) We are committed to teaching and leading people towards the experience of an INCREDIBLE LIFE through fitness training and nutrition coaching. We have a WELLNESS CENTER located beside CROSSFIT FIREPIT that houses both an all natural vitamin shop and a massage therapy and accupunture clinic.

Some do CrossFit to compete, Some do CrossFit to get strong or in better shape. BUT ALL DO CROSSFIT to increase their ability to live healthier and more satisfying lives! It is a Sports Science approach to Fitness NOT a Bootcamp or Fitness Fad! In these classes we focus on traditional free weight lifting that builds on functional movements and increases power.
